New York Times Fellowship Requirements for 2025  

To qualify candidates must have   

  • To apply you must be able to work in the US or UK (NYT does not sponsor new visas but will consider candidates with existing visas or OPT eligibility).   
  • Have 5 or fewer years of journalism experience.  
  • Apply to one position that fits your background and skills.
