September 2025: Fellows will arrive on September 14, 2025.
September 2025–August 2026: In the first year of the program, fellows will engage in online workshops, learning with the experts.
September 2026: All Fellows will gather at Trinity Church.
September 2026–August 2027: Fellows will implement their programs with the assistance of their peers and mentors

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Stable internet access throughout the year
Ability to travel to New York City (September 14-19, 2025)
Demonstrate success in using faith-based leadership to help a community or group
Demonstrate characteristics such as:
- Active person of faith
- Achieved goals in service of their community and the common good
- Clear goals for the fellowship
- Naturally inclined to build relationships and engage with people
- Prior experience working with a group to inspire and guide them
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
