The MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2025 is a fully funded scholarship opportunity in the USA for people around the world. Applications are open, aimed at individuals aged 18 to 26 from various academic backgrounds. This one-year leadership program includes a 10-day stay in the USA and focuses on developing young leaders who want to create positive change in their communities, particularly in education, health, and economic security. Participants will gain essential management and leadership skills while engaging in community projects. The fellowship covers all expenses and does not require IELTS or TOEFL scores.

Which includes:
Virtual Community Needs Assessment: A one-month assessment phase to prepare participants for understanding their local communities.
In-Person Training: A 10-day visit to the USA from July 14 to July 24, 2025 , where participants will engage in workshops, events, and collaborative projects.
Virtual Project Implementation & Alumni Mentorship: Following the in-person training, participants will spend approximately 10 months implementing their community projects with guidance from alumni mentors.

Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 to 26 years old by June 1, 2025.

English Proficiency: Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Availability: Must attend the full program, including virtual and in-person phases.
Internet Access: Must have consistent access to email and the internet.
Visa Eligibility: Must be able to obtain necessary travel documents.
