Applications are now open for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program (ADEL) 2026, a fully funded international leadership initiative taking place in Rabat. Organized by the Policy Center for the New South, this program brings together young leaders from across the Atlantic Basin for a week of learning, collaboration, and global engagement.
The ADEL program aims to inspire, connect, and empower emerging leaders to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond. Participants will engage in leadership development sessions, interactive workshops, and peer-to-peer learning experiences. After completing the program, fellows will also participate in the prestigious Atlantic Dialogues Conference, where they will interact with global policymakers, business leaders, and experts.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
Be between 25–35 years old (as of December 6, 2026)
Be citizens or residents of countries in Africa, Europe, North America, South America, Central America, or the Caribbean
Have strong English language proficiency
Be available for the full program duration
