Applications are now open for the Japan TOKAS International Creators Program 2027, a fully funded international residency program organized by Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS). The residency invites artists, designers, architects, curators, and researchers from around the world to spend three months in Tokyo, Japan, developing their creative projects in an international artistic environment.
The TOKAS Residency Program offers creators a valuable opportunity to explore Tokyo’s vibrant cultural scene, collaborate with international artists, and work independently on innovative artistic and research projects. There is no application fee, and all major expenses are covered by the program.

Duo applications are allowed if at least one applicant resides outside Japan
Students are not eligible (except PhD candidates)
Curator Residency Program:

Possess sufficient English communication skills
